Share Resources and Collections
Simple and secure tools are available to share your assets both internally and externally.
The Share tool allows resources and collections to be shared internally and externally. Both resources and collections are shared with a URL allowing large collections or large assets to be shared with ease and security. The share tool is accessible from an individual resource view or from your collection drawer.
- Share via Email Quickly share resources with other users by email. You can email internal registered users by entering their name or if you email the same group of people regularly, you can save their emails as a group for fast access. You may email external people by entering their email address and have the option to set password access to the content and an expiration date for the link. You can also include a message as part of the email.
- Share via URL A shareable URL can be generated to share content with external users. Similar to sharing via email, the URL can be set with permissions, tagging access and an expiration date. The link may can be sent via any available communication method including email or text.
